Comprehensive Plan

Chiuten Trowbridge Landscape Architects played a key role in the recently completed Village of Orchard Park Comprehensive Plan. The plan established a long term vision for growth, mobility, placemaking, and preservation while maintaining the Village’s historic character. As the landscape architectural subconsultant, CTLA contributed conceptual designs and visualizations focused on streetscape improvements, gateway enhancements, public spaces, and downtown revitalization opportunities, as well as supported the community engagement process.

The project was awarded the 2026 Comprehensive Plan Award by the Western New York Section of the American Planning Association.
