Binghamton University
Paver Replacement Project
The Binghamton University Paver Replacement Project revitalizes key pedestrian spaces within the university’s central campus through improvements focused on safety, accessibility, and placemaking. Working with C&S Companies, CTLA helped transform aging paved corridors around the Academic Buildings, the University Union, and Peace Quad with durable paving systems, enhanced seating areas, and expanded native plantings. The redesigned campus spaces create a more welcoming and connected pedestrian experience while supporting long-term maintenance, ecological diversity, and future campus improvements. The approximately 2.25-acre project strengthens both the functionality and identity of Binghamton University’s public realm.
